大学法人治理机构的加强有助于完善中国特色现代大学制度。我国高校可以通过建立大学法人治理董事会制度、完善大学法人治理激励约束机制、设立校务委员会和学术委员会、搭建大学法人治理财务管理新模式等行之有效的手段,解决高校行政权力过大、偏重管理职能、重视实体轻程序性规范、风险防范意识差等问题,调动学校各方面的积极性和创造性,建立现代大学制度。
The strengthening of university corporate governance helps to perfect the modern university system with Chinese characteristics. China’s colleges and universities can set up a system of board of directors through establishing a university corporation, improve the incentive and restraint mechanism of university corporate governance, set up school boards and academic committees, and establish effective legal aids to manage new modes of financial management. Management functions, attach importance to the substantive light procedural norms, risk awareness and other issues of poor awareness, mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity in all aspects of the school, the establishment of a modern university system.
