一、国内环形加热炉的现状 1.小直径、低产量国内一般环形加热炉直径(中径)在(?)米内,炉膛环宽小于2米、供棒材、管材、轮、轴坯料加热用,每小时产量不超过10吨。如重庆特钢棒材轧机用的环形加热炉中径为10米,一批锻造用的环形加热炉中径为3.1米至8.8米,每小时产量为2~10吨。国内自行设计制造的最大的环形加热炉是马钢轮箍厂,中径为28米,产量每小时约50吨。 2.热效率低、单位热耗指标高由于燃烧装置落后、余热回收利用差、因而热效率低,单位热耗高达250×10~4千焦/吨。 3.工件温差大,影响产品质量由于炉膛温度控制段设计落后,生产控制系统落后,不能实现加热状态的最佳化,因而出料口钢坯温度差达±20℃,对轧制、锻造的产品质量有一定的影响。
