从身心医学角度重新审视声带息肉，对313例声带息肉患者与对照组比较，发现本组声带息肉患者中72／具有“A”型性格行为特征。患者植物神经功能紊乱明显高于对照组，符合心身疾病的主要论断依据，应属于副交感神经兴奋居多的植物神经功能紊乱相关性疾病。
Reexamination of vocal cord polyps from the perspective of physical and mental medicine, 313 patients with vocal cord polyps and control group, found in this group of patients with vocal cord polyps 72 / “A” type of personality traits. Patients with autonomic dysfunction was significantly higher than the control group, in line with the main basis for psychosomatic evidence should belong to the excitatory parasympathetic mostly autonomic dysfunction-related diseases.
