The game has a unique role for children’s harmonious development of body and mind, and has a profound inspiration for school teaching [1]. Mental disability, also known as mental retardation, is characterized by individuals who develop prior to age 18 with an IQ below 2 SD and above, accompanied by at least 2 disability that accommodates functional limitations [2].
