高原是一个特殊的生态环境系统,多种复杂因素可导致高原疾病的发生,高原低氧所致的急性胃黏膜损伤在高原疾病中占有相当大的比例。本文就当前国内外对高原低氧致急性胃黏膜损伤及其机制的研究进展作一综述。
The plateau is a special ecological environment system. A variety of complex factors can lead to the occurrence of altitude sickness. Acute gastric mucosal injury caused by plateau hypoxia occupies a considerable proportion of the altitude sickness. This review summarizes the current research progress of acute gastric mucosal injury induced by hypoxia and its mechanism at home and abroad.
