焦页17-3HF井第一口井钻至816.15m出现放空,发生溢流,节流循环压井过程中发生井漏,多次堵漏压井及排水证实井下存在气水同层,亦为喷漏同层且含H2S,目前不具备继续下步施工的条件。平移至第二口井后,利用旋转防喷器强钻至漏层以下层位,下套管进行封隔,克服了这一难题。本文重点介绍了第二口井钻遇溢流后的处置过程,为后续井碰到类似情况提供借鉴和参考。
