目的分析上颌尖牙的阻生位置、治疗方法以及治疗效果,以期为治疗上颌尖牙埋伏阻生提供临床数据。方法对14例有15颗上颌埋伏阻生尖牙的患者拍全景片及定位片,分析判断尖牙与邻牙的位置关系,进行阴生牙的定位、间隙的扩展、临床检查、外科开窗术、正畸矫治和保持等方法。结果 15颗埋伏尖牙均牵引入正常牙列,牙髓、牙周情况正常。结论上颌埋伏尖牙通过手术开窗联合正畸导萌利用固定矫治器能够排入牙列,无需拔除。
Objective To analyze the impacted position, treatment and therapeutic effect of maxillary canine in order to provide clinical data for the treatment of maxillary canine impacted obstruction. Methods Fourteen patients with 15 maxillary impacted canines were photographed to determine the position of the canine teeth and the adjacent teeth. The localization of the yin and yang teeth, the expansion of the gap, the clinical examination, Surgery, orthodontic treatment and maintenance methods. Results 15 impacted canines were pulled into normal dentition, pulp, periodontal condition was normal. Conclusion The maxillary ambush canine can be discharged into the dentition through the operation of fenestration and orthodontic guidance without using a fixed appliance.
