目的 探讨重度痔PPH手术的临床经验。方法 回顾分析2002年1月至2004年1月收治的30例 重度痔的临床资料。结果 30例患者术后3-4d脱出痔完全回缩。1例患者发生术后出血,为粘膜切割或闭合不 全。2例术后发生疼痛,为同时行肛门息肉切除及外痔切除,术后肛门水肿,治疗后水肿消失好转。手术时间约 20min。住院时间平均3d。结论 PPH手术具有安全、效果好、手术时间短、恢复快。 Objective To investigate the clinical experience of severe hemorrhoids PPH surgery. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with severe hemorrhoids admitted from January 2002 to January 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 30 cases of patients with complete withdrawal 3-4 days after hemorrhoids. One patient developed postoperative bleeding that was mucosal incision or incomplete closure. 2 cases of postoperative pain, for simultaneous anal polypectomy and external hemorrhoidectomy, postoperative anal edema, edema disappeared after treatment improved. Surgery time of about 20min. Hospitalization average 3d. Conclusion PPH surgery is safe, effective, short operative time, fast recovery.
