5S管理是目前运用在企业中较为成熟的,并且行之有效的管理模式,现代企业均将“5S”作为企业管理的基石,培养优秀员工,提升员工个人品德,以实现企业的整体效益。在当今校企合作日益深化的大背景下,引入企业5S管理模式,塑造高职学生的行为素养,是提升高职学生管理实效性的新型工作模式,有利于提高高职教育的人才培养质量。
5S management is the more mature and effective management mode currently used in the enterprise. Modern enterprises regard “5S ” as the cornerstone of enterprise management, cultivating outstanding employees and enhancing their personal qualities so as to realize the overall benefit of the enterprise . Under the background of the deepening cooperation between school and enterprise today, the introduction of 5S management model of enterprises and the shaping of vocational literacy for students in higher vocational colleges are new work modes to enhance the effectiveness of higher vocational students’ management and help improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational education.
