2012年2月广东出入境检验检疫局从意大利和丹麦进境的2批菠菜种子中检疫截获藜草花叶病毒(Sowbane mosaic Sobemovirus,SoMV)。这是近几年来我国首次截获该病毒。DAS-ELISA和免疫捕捉RT-PCR检测结果均证实这2批样品感染有我国禁止进境的检疫性有害生物—藜草花叶病毒(SoMV)。
In February 2012, quarantine of Sowbane mosaic Sobemovirus (SoMV) was quarantined in two batches of spinach seeds imported from Italy and Denmark by Guangdong Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. This is the first time for China to intercept the virus in recent years. DAS-ELISA and immunocapture RT-PCR test results confirmed that these two batches of samples were infected with Quarantine pest mosaic virus (SoMV), a quarantine pest banned in China.
