研究了小鼠睾丸线粒线GSH-Px、LPO增龄性变化及三才汤不同溶媒提取液对衰老小鼠睾丸线粒体GSH-Px、LPO的影响。结果表明,小鼠睾丸线粒体GSH-Px活性中年期后开始下降,LPO含量则随增龄而升高。三才汤醇提液和水提液均能显著提高小鼠睾丸线粒体GSH-Px活性(P<0.01),能显著降低小鼠睾丸线粒体LPO含量(P<0.01或P<0.05);但是氯仿提取液即不能提高小鼠睾丸线粒体GSH-Px活性,也不能降低LPO含量。
The effects of GSH-Px and LPO ageing on mouse testis line and the effects of different solvent extracts of Sancai Decoction on the mitochondrial GSH-Px and LPO of aging mice were studied. The results showed that the activity of GSH-Px in mouse mitochondria began to decline after middle age, and the content of LPO increased with age. Sancai decoction extract and water extract can significantly increase the activity of GSH-Px in mitochondria of mice (P<0.01), and can significantly reduce the content of LPO in mouse mitochondria (P<0.01 or P<0.05). ); However, the chloroform extract can not increase the activity of GSH-Px in mouse testis mitochondria, nor can it reduce the LPO content.
