对青蒿不同组织的营养成分和抗氧化潜力进行评价,结果表明:叶片和花序中的蛋白、粗脂肪和体外消化组分比例很高,但洗涤纤维比例最低。这些组织的矿物质组成元素中,锰铜的比例最高。组织中相对高的氨基酸和维生素组分同样反映了一种可以增强抗氧化能力的理想的营养平衡。总的来说,青蒿营养物质组成比例和抗氧化活性较高,而所含抗营养因子比例极低可忽略不计,尤其叶片中的毒素含量很低。因青蒿富含养分和抗氧化剂,可作为一种潜在的人类草药补品或家畜生产中的常规饲料添加剂。
The nutritional components and antioxidant potential of different tissues of Artemisia annua were evaluated. The results showed that the protein, crude fat and in vitro digestibility of the components in leaves and inflorescences were high, but the proportion of detergent fibers was the lowest. The mineral composition of these organizations, the highest proportion of manganese and copper. The relatively high levels of amino acids and vitamins in the tissue also reflect an ideal nutritional balance that enhances antioxidant capacity. In general, Artemisia annua nutrient composition ratio and antioxidant activity is high, and anti-nutritional factors contained in a very low percentage of negligible, in particular, toxins in leaves is very low. Because Artemisia annua is rich in nutrients and antioxidants, it can be used as a potential general feed additive in human herbal supplements or livestock production.
