基于乳腺组织的解剖学结构和生理学特征,提出乳腺组织多维热分布的分析模型。该模型综合考虑了乳腺组织代谢产热、血液灌注和动静脉血管等与组织之间的热相互作用,并采用有限元分析方法进行数值求解。结果表明,血液灌注和代谢产热对乳腺组织温度分布的影响明显。此外,讨论了乳腺肿瘤的大小及其位置等因素对乳腺组织体表温度分布的影响,研究结果将为乳腺疾病的热图像分析提供重要的参考。
Based on the anatomical structure and physiological characteristics of breast tissue, a multi-dimensional heat distribution analysis model of breast tissue was proposed. The model takes into account the thermal interactions between breast tissue such as metabolic heat production, blood perfusion and arteriovenous blood vessels and tissues, and uses the finite element analysis method for numerical solution. The results show that blood perfusion and metabolic heat on breast tissue temperature distribution significantly. In addition, the effects of breast tumor size and location on body surface temperature distribution of breast tissue were discussed. The results will provide important reference for thermal image analysis of breast disease.
