“第八届中国社会语言学国际学术研讨会”于2012年9月22日至23日在天津商业大学举行。本次会议由中国社会语言学会、天津商业大学联合主办,天津商业大学外国语学院承办。来自中国(包括香港、台湾地区)、韩国、美国等国家和地区的110余名专家学者参加了研讨会。陆俭明教授发来贺信。会议召开之前,中国社会语言学会进行了换届选举,教育部语言文字应用研究所研究员苏金智当选为学会会长,邵朝阳、周洪波、汪磊、田海龙当选为副会长,郭龙生为学会秘书长。
The Eighth International Symposium on Sociolinguistics in China was held at Tianjin University of Commerce from September 22 to September 23, 2012. The conference was co-sponsored by China Society for Social Languages and Tianjin University of Commerce and hosted by School of Foreign Languages of Tianjin University of Commerce. More than 110 experts and scholars from China (including Hong Kong, Taiwan), South Korea, the United States and other countries and regions attended the seminar. Professor Lu Jianming sent a congratulation letter. Prior to the meeting, China Society for Social Languages conducted a general election. Researcher Su Jinzhi, a researcher at the Institute of Applied Linguistics and Literacy, Ministry of Education, was elected as president of the Institute. Shao Chaoyang, Zhou Hongbo, Wang Lei and Tian Hailong were elected vice presidents. Guo Longsheng was Secretary-General of the Institute .
