中国音乐心理学的发展离不开对国外优秀研究成果的的借鉴与学习,这是一个必然的过程,同时这也是西方音乐心理学研究本土化的过程。进行本土化的前提必须是建立在对西方优秀的研究成果进行细致的学习之后的,在对西方心理学全面的了解之后,可以试着用西方已有的成果,用中国的方式来进行检验,也可以更多借鉴西方研究方法,尤其是更为现代的方法,但不可忽视文化适应性的问题。
