Non-contact angular displacement sensor used in automotive and other mechanical and electrical control systems. Not only is the new sensor highly sensitive and wear-free, it is also insensitive to changes in the fuel engine performance and impurities contained in automotive engines. The semi-differential ring sensor designed in this paper and its interface circuit have been successfully applied in the diesel electronic fuel injection system
