目前,拼装式钢质波纹管已在国外得到广泛应用,这种管材适合于高速公路的水孔、人孔、机孔或需要提供支撑、掩体等代替小跨径桥梁及涵洞等工程,具有明显的社会、经济效益。上海于1998年研制成功并生产了钢质波纹管和完成了管材的动、静载试验,其结果完全达到设计要求。这项成果填补了国内空白,这种管材已应用在上海的公路工程中。但这种波纹管在上海北郊环高速公路的A30-7标拼装后的覆土碾压过程中,出现竖径变形过大、螺栓拉裂的现象,显然已不能满足设计中的使用要求,在充分分析事故原因的基础上,决定挖开重拼装并取得预期效果。本文将波纹管挖开重拼装的成功经验介绍如下:
