介绍并全面评述了泥浆体系的电性转化方法,通过流变性研究与电镜试验,考察了AlCl_2对膨润土-MMH(层状混合金属氢氧化物)体系性质的影响。结果表明,可利用膨润土-MMH体系对Al~(3+)的特性吸附作用,以AlCl_3为正电增强剂,在MMH浓度不高的情况下将泥浆转化为正电体系。AlCl_3-MMH-膨润土体系可成为防塌作用更强的正电泥浆。
This paper introduced and comprehensively reviewed the electrical conversion methods of slurry system. The effects of AlCl_2 on the properties of bentonite-MMH (layered mixed metal hydroxide) system were investigated by means of rheological and electron microscopy. The results showed that the bentonite-MMH system could be used to adsorb Al 3+, and AlCl 3 was used as a positive electric potentiator to convert the slurry into a positive system at a low MMH concentration. AlCl_3-MMH-bentonite system can become stronger anti-collapse positive slurry.
