一人多癌已有报告 ,毛细胞白血病合并基底细胞癌和原发性肝癌未见报告 ,现报告一例如下 :患者男性 ,74岁。 1989年 12月 10日因乏力 ,左上腹包块就诊。体检 :皮肤无出血 ,腋下、腹股沟数个 0 .5ｃｍ× 1ｃｍ大小的淋巴结 ,肝肋下 2ｃｍ ,脾脏肋下 14 .5ｃｍ ,质硬。血象 :Ｈｂ1
