企业文化建设与企业党建工作是两个不同的领域,是两项不同的工作,但在实际操作中又有着密切的联系,在许多方面都是相通的。企业文化建设和党建的核心都是精神引领,都是以尊重人、理解人、激励人为出发点,找准契合点,把两者有机结合,可以相辅相成、相互促进。一方面,党建借助企业文化的新理念、新方式,可以更加贴近员工,增强党建活动的亲和力;另一方面,企业文化则可依托党建成熟的工作体系、工作方式和组织资源,让文化理念落地生根。以企业党建促进企业文化建设,能够更好地调动人的积极性,最终达到提高企
The construction of corporate culture and the party building in enterprises are two different fields and two different tasks. However, they are closely linked in actual operation and are similar in many aspects. The core of enterprise culture construction and party building are all spiritual leaders. All of them are based on respecting people, understanding people, motivating people and finding suitable points. They can combine each other and complement each other and promote each other. On the one hand, with the help of new concepts and new ways of corporate culture, party building can be closer to employees and enhance the affinity of party-building activities. On the other hand, corporate culture can rely on the party’s well-established work system, working methods and organizational resources to bring cultural ideas to the ground root.
