生产力标准是对生产力决定论的发展。因此,这两个命题既存在相互联系又相互区别:生产力决定论是客观规律,而生产力标准是根据这一规律的要求形成起来的行为规则。坚持生产力标准就是要求生产关系和上层建筑的各个领域、各个环节的工作与社会生产力的发展发生最紧密的衔接而不是脱节,要求整个社会组织结构围绕发展生产力这一中心轴而运转。
Productivity standards are the determinants of productivity. Therefore, these two propositions exist both interrelated and mutually distinguishing: Productivity determinism is an objective law, and productivity standard is a code of conduct formed according to the requirements of this law. Adhering to the standard of productive forces requires that all aspects of the relations of production and the superstructure be demanded. Work in all fields should be closely linked with the development of social productive forces rather than be disconnected. The entire social structure should be operated around the central axis of developing productive forces.
