甲基杀虫脒盐酸盐农药在杀灭水稻螟虫上取得了较好效果,而在生产和使用上,该农药可污染水源而危害水生动物。因此,探讨它对水生动物的毒性,是环境保护监测上的重要依据。选择金鱼进行毒性试验,其结果:TLM_(24)为61.49毫克/升TLM_(48)为51.90毫克/升,TLM_(72)为47.93毫克/升,TLM_(96)为45.64毫克/升。按大多数学者公认以96小时期限来评价对鱼类毒性,因而 LC50为45.64毫克/升,绝对致死量为75.05毫克/升。在回避试验中,当水中甲基杀虫脒盐酸盐浓度达12.3毫克/升时,回避率达90.70%。对水生动物的安全系数,一般采用1/10或1/100 TLM_(96),从而甲基杀虫脒盐酸盐的安全浓度在4.564或0.4564毫克/升。本次实验结果,1/30TLM96值(109毫克/升),能达到无刺激反应。
Methyl chlordimeform hydrochloride pesticide to kill rice stem borers achieved good results, but in the production and use, the pesticide can pollute the water and endanger aquatic animals. Therefore, to explore its toxicity to aquatic animals is an important basis for environmental monitoring.
