目的:观察连花清瘟颗粒治疗手足口病的临床效果。方法:选取257例手足口病患儿为研究对象,根据患儿及其家属意愿分为观察组133例和对照组124例,对照组在常规治疗基础上口服利巴韦林片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上口服连花清瘟颗粒。观察并记录2组患儿服药后体征变化情况,记录其临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:临床疗效总有效率观察组91.0%,高于对照组的74.2%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿退热、疱疹清除、进食恢复及总住院时间分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。不良反应发生率观察组1.5%,对照组21.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对手足口病患儿予以连花清瘟颗粒可有效缓解其临床症状,对缩短退热、疱疹消除及进食恢复时间等具有积极作用,值得应用。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Lianhua Qingwen Granule in treating hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: A total of 257 HFMD children were enrolled in this study. According to the wishes of their children and their families, 133 cases were divided into observation group and 124 cases in control group. The control group received ribavirin tablets on the basis of routine treatment. The control group was treated with oral Lianhuaqingwen granules. Observe and record 2 groups of children after taking the changes in signs, record the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate of clinical observation group was 91.0%, which was higher than 74.2% of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The observation group patients with fever, herpes clearance, eating recovery and total hospital stay were compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the observation group was superior to the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 1.5%, control group 21.0%, two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions: Lianhua Qingwen Granule can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of HFMD in children with hand-foot-mouth disease and has an active role in shortening the fever, eliminating herpes and eating recovery time, which is worthy of application.
