通过现场实测、理论分析和岩石物理力学性质试验分析了富水软岩巷道的破坏机理,探讨了富水软岩巷道的稳定控制对策。研究结果表明:岩性差、地下水的影响以及支护结构不合理是造成巷道发生变形破坏的主要因素,采用锚网索+底角加长锚杆+工字钢支架的联合支护方案对该矿11801胶带顺槽进行了工业性试验。试验表明此种支护形式能有效控制富水条件下软岩巷道的变形破坏。
Through field test, theoretical analysis and petrophysical properties test, the failure mechanism of soft water soft rock roadway is analyzed, and the stable control measures of soft water soft rock roadway are discussed. The results show that the poor lithology, the influence of groundwater and the irrational support structure are the main factors that cause the deformation and failure of the roadway. Combined support scheme of anchor net + bottom long bolt + I-beam brackets, Tape along the groove of the industrial test. Experiments show that this support form can effectively control the deformation and failure of soft rock roadway under water-rich conditions.
