本文运用生物素标记凝集素——卵白素过氧化酶法观察了30名正常人子宫内膜在月经周期及妊娠早期的七种凝集素结合特性,实验观察到:子宫内膜从增生期到分泌期及妊娠早期,其上皮与ConA、SWGA、WGA的反应增强;PNA、DBA在增生期为阴性反应,分泌期呈间断或点状阳性反应,妊娠早期呈连续强阳性反应;RCA各期变化不明显,均呈相同程度阳性反应;UEA各期均阴性。上述结果表明:子宫内膜在月经周期及妊娠早期伴有结合糖基的变化。
In this paper, biotin-labeled lectin-avidin peroxidase method was used to observe the binding characteristics of seven lectins in 30 normal human endometrium in menstrual cycle and early gestation. The results showed that endometrium from hyperplasia to secretion The response of epithelial cells to ConA, SWGA and WGA was enhanced in the third trimester of pregnancy and in the first trimester of pregnancy. PNA and DBA were negative in proliferative phase and intermittent or punctate positive in secretory phase, Obviously, were the same degree of positive reaction; UEA were negative.
