核电站凝汽器钛管钛板胀焊工艺在上海电站辅机厂试验成功,日前由核工业部物资局、上海市核电办公室、上海电气联合公司、秦山核电厂等单位通过鉴定。胀管试验选用P3Z1-19型自动控制电动胀管机为动力,以五珠胀管器为工具,通过调节电动胀管控制仪的电流值控制胀紧程度。采用φ25×0.5和φ25 ×0.7mm有缝钛管与厚度42mm钛管板胀接。试验结果表明:
The titanium tube expansion welding process of condenser in titanium dioxide plant was successfully tested in the auxiliary plant of Shanghai Power Station. Recently, it was approved by the Materials Bureau of Nuclear Industry Department, Shanghai Nuclear Power Office, Shanghai Electric United Co., Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and other units. Expansion pipe test P3Z1-19 type of automatic control electric tube expander as a driving force to five bead expander as a tool, by adjusting the current value of electric expander control instrument to control the level of expansion. The use of φ25 × 0.5 and φ25 × 0.7mm seam titanium tube with a thickness of 42mm titanium plate expansion joint. The results showed that:
