众所周知,摄入富含亚油酸的油(例如:玉米油)可以预防高脂血症。另一方面,过去实验表明,喂饲无过氧化物玉米油饲料的动物、血清、肝脏和脂肪组织中硫代巴士酸反应物质数量增加。当肝微粒体与Fe~(+3)—ADP和NADPH一起孵育,在可见光区、喂饲5%和10%玉米油饲料组,内源性脂类过氧化物的裂解产生的相应化合光比喂饲0.5%玉米油组强。这就说明亚油酸经过生理的过氧化反应,提供硫代巴士酸反应物质,举例说,前列腺素也是通过从亚油酸衍生来的花生四稀酸的过氧化反应而形成的。但由于脂类过氧化物的产生和蓄积引起细胞的损害,而同时激活抗脂类过氧化反应产物的防御机制。本文研究了摄入亚油酸酯和玉米油对过氧化物消除的作用。 It is well known that the intake of linoleic acid-rich oils (eg corn oil) prevents hyperlipidemia.
