目的 对体外培养神经元是否具有表达、合成集落刺激因子受体(CSF-1R 或c-fm s)的能力进行观察。 方法 在用免疫双标记的方法确定培养细胞确系神经元的基础上,采用原位杂交组织化学和免疫组织化学的方法,在m RNA和蛋白质两个水平检查神经元是否拥有集落刺激因子受体。 结果 神经元具有表达并合成CSF-1受体(c-fm s)的能力。 结论 CSF-1 对神经元的保护作用至少部分是通过其对神经元的直接影响实现的。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether neurons are expressed in vitro and the ability to synthesize colony stimulating factor receptors (CSF-1R or c-fm s). Methods Based on the determination of neurons in culture cells by double labeling of immunological methods, in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were used to detect whether neurons had colony stimulating factor receptors . Results Neurons have the ability to express and synthesize CSF-1 receptor (c-fm s). Conclusions The neuroprotective effect of CSF-1 is at least partially mediated through its direct effects on neurons.
