为实现综放工作面安全推过陷落柱,根据中煤平朔公司井工一矿实际条件进行数值模拟计算,通过监测布置在计算模型上测线的垂直应力值,根据其应力变化特点,将综放工作面推过陷落柱的整个过程划分为6个阶段,即应力正常阶段、应力一般升高阶段、应力异常升高阶段、应力降低阶段、应力二次升高阶段和应力恢复正常阶段。并在砌体梁理论的基础上分析了6个阶段的采场覆岩结构及其力学特性,提出了各阶段相应的支护措施。
In order to realize safe pushing of collapse column in fully mechanized top coal caving face, according to the actual conditions of Jingong Mine No.1 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Company, the vertical stress value of survey line arranged on the calculation model is monitored. Based on the characteristics of stress variation, The whole process of the caving face through the collapse column is divided into six stages: normal stress stage, normal stress stage, abnormal stress stage, stress reduction stage, secondary stress rise stage and stress recovery normal stage. On the basis of masonry beam theory, the strata structure and mechanical properties of stope are analyzed in six stages. Corresponding support measures are put forward in each stage.
