目的探讨全数字化乳腺X线摄影结合真空穿刺活检对临床0-Ⅰ期乳腺癌的应用价值。方法对37例经真空穿刺活检后病理证实为乳腺癌的X线征象进行回顾性分析。结果X线征象:37例中,显示肿块14例(38%),其中合并恶性钙化7例,单纯肿块无钙化7例;单纯恶性钙化7例(19%);局限性不对称致密12例(32%);局部结构扭曲4例(11%)。结论全数字化乳腺X线摄影结合真空穿刺活检对诊断临床0-Ⅰ期乳腺癌具有重要价值。 Objective To investigate the value of full digital mammography combined with vacuum biopsy for clinical stage 0-Ⅰ breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the X-ray findings of 37 breast cancer confirmed by pathological examination after vacuum biopsy. Results X-ray signs: In 37 cases, 14 cases (38%) showed malignant calcification, 7 cases were complicated with malignant calcification, 7 cases were simple calcified without calcification, 7 cases were simple malignant calcification (19%), 12 cases were localized asymmetric densification 32%); local structure distortion in 4 cases (11%). Conclusion Full digital mammography combined with vacuum biopsy is of great value in the diagnosis of clinical stage 0-Ⅰ breast cancer.
