目的了解大四医学生公共安全知识现况及其影响因素,为开展公共安全教育提供科学依据。方法采用面对面询问调查的方式,对810名在校大四医学生进行调查,采用Logistic回归分析方法筛选公共安全知识得分的影响因素。结果大四医学生关于社会安全类事故、公共卫生事故、意外伤害事故、网络与信息安全事故和自然灾害知识的知晓率分别为96.2%、72.2%、79.3%、69.2%和61.2%;多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:学校是否开设公共安全教育课程和学生对待公共安全教育课程的态度等与公共安全知识得分有关。结论高校公共安全教育有待加强。
Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of the medical knowledge of senior medical students and to provide a scientific basis for public safety education. Methods By means of face-to-face interrogation, 810 senior medical students were investigated, and the influencing factors of public safety knowledge scores were screened by Logistic regression analysis. Results The rates of awareness among the medical students on social security accidents, public health accidents, accidental injuries, network and information security incidents and natural disaster were 96.2%, 72.2%, 79.3%, 69.2% and 61.2% respectively. Many factors The result of Logistic regression analysis shows that whether schools set public safety education curriculum and students’ attitudes towards public safety education curriculum are related to public safety knowledge scores. Conclusion Public safety education in colleges and universities needs to be strengthened.
