龚培山1929年出生,祖籍湖南省湘阴县,中共党员,中国人民大学体育部教授。1951年至1959年先后入选北京市篮球队、华北区篮球代表队、体联队、全国教工篮球队、工人队并担任队长:1959年起改任篮球裁判员,同年被国家体委授予国家级裁判,1981年获篮球国际级裁判证书,1992年获国际荣誉裁判员称号。历任全国篮球比赛的副裁判长、裁判长工作;先后共担任253场国际比赛裁判工作。1970年曾借调江西省女子篮球队任教练员。1985年任中国大学生体育代表团男篮教练,参加第13届世界大学生运动会。曾任中国篮球协会裁判委员会委员、中国大学生篮球协会常务副主席兼秘书长、北京大学生体协篮球协会会长、北京市篮球协会副主席等职。现任中国大学生篮球协会顾问、CUBA 组委会常务副主任兼秘书长。1985年—1989年被评为全国体育优秀裁判员,多次荣获北京市优秀裁判和“伯乐”奖。他在学术界成就斐然。曾参与“篮球规则”的审定和“篮球裁判法”的编写工作;曾在多种国家级报刊上发表了《裁判员入门》、《国际裁判考试题解析》、《篮球教学改革的探讨》、《新规则提出了新问题》等50余篇文章。1996年开始,他提出了“发展高校篮球,培养篮球人才”的口号.继而成为 CUBA 赛事的发起人与担纲者之一。把中国大学生篮球运动推向了一个前所未有的高度。
Gong Peishan was born in 1929, native of Xiangyin County, Hunan Province, member of the Communist Party of China, Renmin University of China sports professor. From 1951 to 1959, he was successively selected as Beijing Basketball Team, North China Basketball Team, Body Team, National Basketball Team, and Team Leader. In 1959, he was re-designated as a basketball referee. In the same year, he was awarded a national referee by the State Sports Commission In 1981 won the international basketball referee certificate, in 1992 won the honorary title of international referee. Served as the deputy chief judge and referee of the national basketball competition; he has held 253 referees in international competitions successively. In 1970, he was seconded as a trainer in Jiangxi Provincial Women’s Basketball Team. In 1985, he served as a basketball coach for Chinese college sports delegation and participated in the 13th World University Games. Former China Basketball Association referee committee, China Basketball Association executive vice president and secretary general, Beijing University Basketball Association Basketball Association, vice president of the Beijing Basketball Association and other staff. IncumbentChinese University Basketball Association consultant, CUBA Organizing Committee executive vice president and secretary general. 1985-1989 years was named the national outstanding sports referee, won the Beijing Municipal Excellent referee and “Bole ” award. He has achieved great success in academia. Has participated in the “basketball rules” validation and “basketball referee law” of the preparation work; has published in a variety of national newspapers, “referee entry”, “international referee examination questions”, “basketball teaching reform Discussion ”,“ new rules raised new issues ”and more than 50 articles. Since 1996, he has put forward the slogan of “Developing College Basketball and Cultivating Basketball Talents.” Then he became one of the promoters and contributors to CUBA events.
