产妇,25岁,孕2产1,因妊娠34周、阴道流水6天,于1988年5月25日入院。孕早、中期曾感冒、发热,体温达39℃,经常头痛、头昏,从未就医,除自服酵母片外未用过其他药物,既往体健,非近亲结婚。2年前初孕时曾行人流术。检查:宫底剑下三指,右枕位,先露头轮廓不清。胎心132次/min,无宫缩,肛查宫口未开,胎膜已破。B超检查见羊水量增多达80ml。胎心有力144次/min。沿脊柱向上探索未见胎头轮廓。拟诊:羊水过多,无脑儿。入院后经引产自阴道娩一死产女婴,身长38cm,体重1750g,胎盘胎膜完整。体检和尸解发现有以下多种畸形:肉眼:①无脑儿;②双侧Ⅲ度唇裂并腭裂;③右侧面斜裂(右侧唇膊裂面骨裂直至眼眶);④右眼缺如,左眼球突出;⑤鼻翼发育不良;⑥斜颈;⑦腹壁裂及内脏(肝、肠)外翻;⑧右上肢短小仅为左上

To be diagnosed: polyhydramnios, no brain children. After admission by induction of labor from the vaginal delivery a baby girl, body length 38cm, weight 1750g, placenta fetal membranes intact. Physical examination and autopsy found a variety of deformities: the naked eye: ① no brain children; ② bilateral Ⅲ degree cleft lip and cleft palate; ③ right oblique incision (right cleft lip fracture face up to the orbit); ④ right eye lack ⑤ tortuous neck; ⑦ abdominal wall and internal organs (liver, intestine) valgus; ⑧ right upper limb short only for the left
