青岛市科技局全面落实创新驱动发展战略和人才强市战略,重点加强大院大所引进、科技创新平台建设和高层次科技创新人才引进培育工作,加快创新创业人才在青岛的集聚。截至目前,全市共有国家“千人计划”31人、两院院士27人、外聘院士33人国家杰出青年科学基金获得者29人、中科院百人计划38人。一是加快高端研发机构引进建设,“引巢引凤”。
Qingdao Science and Technology Bureau fully implements the strategy of innovation-driven development and the strategy of strengthening the city through talent. It focuses on strengthening the introduction of large courtyards, building of science and technology innovation platforms, and introducing and cultivating high-level scientific and technological innovative talents so as to speed up the gathering of innovative and pioneering talents in Qingdao. Up to now, the city has 31 national “Thousand Talents Program”, 27 academicians of both houses, 33 foreign academicians, 33 recipients of National Outstanding Young Scientists Fund, and 38 Chinese Academy of Sciences plans of 100 people. First, speed up the introduction of high-end R & D institutions to build, “lead the nest lead phoenix ”.
