近年来,中原油田黄河南地区面临着新的发展机遇,随着新区产能建设不断扩大,老区稳产措施的进一步增加,老区稳产效果逐步显现。本文认为,要把员工的积极性调动起来,稳定一线员工队伍,就需要各级组织把人文关怀落实在基层员工中。
In recent years, the Yellow River South Area of Zhongyuan Oilfield faces new opportunities for development. With the continuous expansion of production capacity in the new district and the steady production measures in the old area, the steady production effect in the old area is gradually emerging. This paper argues that in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and stabilize front-line staff, we need organizations at all levels to implement humane care in grass-roots staff.
