职业学校的班主任工作主要是学生工作,班主任工作千头万绪,首要的就是抓好学生的思想教育,抓好德育工作是职业学校班主任工作的重点。学生工作虽不能囊括学校的全部工作,但道出了班主任工作在整个职业学校中的特殊位置。
