本文报告了北京市1962～1990年间结核菌原发耐药变化趋势。原发耐药率由1962年的18.3％下降至1989～1990年的10.4％耐INH、SM率由1978～1979年的13.9％和12.3％下降至1989～1990年的3.9％和5.8％耐RFP率1989～1990年为1.9％。
This article reports the trend of primary drug resistance of TB in Beijing from 1962 to 1990. The rate of primary resistance dropped from 18.3% in 1962 to 10.4% in INH in 1989 ~ 1990, and the SM rate decreased from 13.9% and 12.3% in 1978 ~ 1979 to 3.9% and 5.8% in 1989 ~ 1990 respectively The rate of 1.9% from 1989 to 1990.
