出境是一种严肃的法律行为,只有具有合法正当的理由,依法取得有效出境证件,才可顺利地出境。我国法律规定,公民出境的缘由可以分为:因私人事务出境和因公务出境。
To leave the country is a serious legal act. Only with valid and legitimate reasons and obtaining valid exit documents according to law can we exit smoothly. Our country’s law stipulates that the reasons why citizens leave the country can be divided into: leaving the country for personal reasons and leaving for business.
