近年来,很多农村村级小学的教育教学质量呈下滑趋势,这也严重影响了小学整体教育教学质量的提升。导致村级小学质量下滑的原因有很多:一是农村留守儿童在逐渐增多;二是村小教师的整体素质不高;三是村小教师的配置失衡,像英语、艺体等学科教师严重不足;四是优秀学生不断外流;五是家庭教育配合不够;六是村小办学条件十分落后。要想提高小学整体教学质量,就必须想方设法提高村级小学的教学质量。下面,本人结合工作实际,就如何提高村级小学的教学质量谈谈自己的粗略看法。
