对国内不同厂家生产的低氮燃烧器进行特点比较,分析说明各自燃烧器的设计特点,如空气分级比例、燃烬风和二次风布置位置以及还原区的高度等。并通过性能试验数据分析说明各自燃烧器在降低氮氧化物排放方面的不同,以及对锅炉运行指标等参数的影响。通过比较得到,等离子双尺度低氮燃烧器在降低氮氧化物排放和保持锅炉经济性方面存在较大的优势。
The characteristics of different low-nitrogen burners produced by different domestic manufacturers are compared and analyzed, and the design features of their respective burners are analyzed, such as the air classification ratio, the location of burning ember ash and the secondary air, the height of the reduction zone, and the like. And through the performance test data analysis shows the different burner in reducing NOx emissions in the different, as well as boiler operating indicators and other parameters. By comparison, plasma dual-scale low-nitrogen burners have great advantages in reducing nitrogen oxides emissions and maintaining boiler economy.
