今年暑假,陈舜胜依然每周或隔周往返于市区住址和临港校区,那里有研究生做研究,他得过去看看。两周里他应邀接连去了安徽、青岛,参与教科书修订,调研学术科研落地,接受技术咨询和研究项目商定。其间还有在职研究生论文立题,主旨演讲等。这样在酷热、台风下马不停蹄的安排,已有多年。算起来,从1977年“文革”后恢复高考作为第一批大学生进入海洋大学,到毕业留校承教,陈舜胜可说是元老级人物。“元老”不仅在于专业资历,他是九三学社上海海洋大学基层委员会副主委、食品学院水产品加工贮藏工程专业硕士生导师,先后承担近20门课程工作,从事水产品加工、食品理化分析、食品感官评定等领域教学研究。最
