应用粗铅碱性精练的基本原理 ,对高锑粗铅进行脱锑、砷、锡的实验研究和工业实践。结果表明 ,锑、砷、锡的脱除率随时间延长而降低 ,铅直收率为 80 %~ 90 % ,锑渣率为 10 .2 3%~ 10 .6 4 % ,锑的脱除率为 98%。
The basic principle of rough lead alkaline scouring is applied to the experimental research and industrial practice of removing antimony, arsenic and tin from the high antimony crude lead. The results showed that the removal rates of antimony, arsenic and tin decreased with time, the direct lead recovery was 80% -90% and the antimony slag rate was 10.23% -10.64%.
