对不同贮藏和包装条件下大葱种子生理生化特性的研究结果表明:大葱种子随着贮藏时间的延长,其生活力降低,种子外渗液电导率和内含物的外渗量显著增加,发芽率和田间出苗率显著下降;电导率和内含物外渗量与种子发芽率、田间出苗率之间呈显著负相关。但主要种子贮藏物质与种子活力变化相关性不显著。种子的贮藏条件和包装方式对上述变化有一定的影响,低温低水和罐装的贮藏方式能延缓上述变化的速率,延长种子贮藏寿命。
