以就业导向为基础来培养技能型人才是现阶段职业院校教学的主要宗旨和目标,受到过去普通教学体系和教学方式的影响,使得职业院校教学体系难以满足社会发展需求和学生工作需求。在现阶段职业院校教学中,多数学校还沿用传统的教学方法,虽然在教学中也有实训的教学环节,但是教学重点仍然是对学科理论体系进行完整的讲授,对实训环节还存在着一定的脱节问题。一体化教学打破了传统的理论与实践教学的接线,将教学力量集中在实践教学之中,是将理论与实践结合成一个整体的教学方法,成为培养技能型人才的有效教学方法。随着教学条件的改善,目前许多高等院校的计算机课程均采用了一体化教学模式。本文主要对一体化教学模式下需要解决的教学安排、教学条件、质量监控和教学组织等方面存在的问题进行分析和探讨。
The training of skilled personnel based on employment orientation is the main purpose and goal of vocational college teaching at the present stage. Influenced by the past general teaching system and teaching methods, the teaching system of vocational colleges can hardly meet the needs of social development and student work. In the teaching of vocational colleges at this stage, most schools also follow the traditional teaching methods. Although there are practical teaching links in teaching, the emphasis of teaching is still to give a complete explanation of the theoretical system of disciplines, A certain disconnect problem. Integrated teaching breaks the connection between traditional theory and practice teaching and concentrates teaching power in practice teaching. It is a teaching method that integrates theory with practice and becomes an effective teaching method to train skilled talents. With the improvement of teaching conditions, many colleges and universities now use integrated computer teaching courses model. This article mainly analyzes and discusses the existing problems in the teaching arrangements, teaching conditions, quality control and teaching organization that need to be solved in the integrated teaching mode.
