分别以不同热轧温度和不同道次变形量对铸态2524铝合金进行了热轧试验,总变形量为90%。采用光学金相显微镜、拉伸试验机等检测了轧制板材显微组织及力学性能。结果表明:随着热轧温度的逐渐降低,2524铝合金的塑性逐渐减小;在轧制过程中板材不均匀变形导致边部出现裂纹,随着轧制的进行,裂纹不断扩大使试验无法继续;当热轧温度从300℃升高至400℃时,2524铝合金中再结晶晶粒减少,合金的断裂韧性提高;2524铝合金经过400℃热轧和T6热处理后,2524铝合金的抗拉强度达到485MPa,伸长率为13.5%。
The hot rolling tests of as-cast 2524 aluminum alloy were carried out with different hot rolling temperature and different pass deformations respectively, with a total deformation of 90%. The optical microscopy and tensile testing machine were used to test the microstructure and mechanical properties of rolled sheet. The results show that the plasticity of 2524 aluminum alloy decreases gradually with the decrease of hot rolling temperature. The tensile strength of 2524 aluminum alloy after hot rolling at 400 ℃ and T6 heat treatment Strength reached 485MPa, elongation of 13.5%.
