模糊逻辑诊断技术在一定程度上模拟了人处理模糊信息的思维方法,为机器故障诊断的研究和发展注入了新的活力.本文提出了一种新的模糊逻辑诊断算法,并给出了模糊逻辑诊断算法整体性能的综合评判指标.该算法继承了常用算法中的取小(“∧”)运算,而将常用算法中的取大(“∨”)及累加(“Σ”)运算发展为连乘(“Π”)运算,以求得故障存在的可能度.将其用于某工程机械液压系统的故障诊断,效果良好
