土压平衡(EPB)盾构掘进机是目前国际、国内隧道施工的主力机型,为满足复杂的设计要求和工程施工要求,需要对其关键参数进行计算,其中盾构的外载荷、刀盘转矩、盾体推力和主驱动功率等是土压平衡盾构的主要关键参数,对土压平衡盾构的设计、选型和控制方法的选择有着重要的指导意义。对上述参数进行了分析计算,并基于C++Builder开发了土压平衡盾构掘进机关键参数设计计算软件。最后通过实例检验,表明该软件计算精确,效率高,能够保证盾构性能可靠,满足施工要求。
