通过对国内外房地产价格指数及其他房地产指数研究进展的分析,重点探讨了中国房地产指数研究在理论分析、体系构建和测算方法等方面存在的不足;并通过对房地产指数理论的研究,提出了房地产指数测算时权重确定的改进方法,最后指出GIS与房地产指数信息系统的结合作用与思路。
Through the analysis of the research progress of the real estate price index and other real estate indices both at home and abroad, this paper mainly discusses the shortcomings of the research on China real estate index in terms of theoretical analysis, system construction and measurement methods. Based on the research of real estate index theory, Index weighting method to determine the weight, and finally point out the combination of GIS and real estate index information system and ideas.
