对20~#钢在不同工艺参数下进行SMAW堆焊试验,分析了焊接电流、焊接电压、焊接速度对焊缝成形的影响趋势。结果表明,其他参数一定时,随着焊接电流的增加,焊缝计算厚度和熔宽增大,焊缝成形系数减小,余高略微增加;随着焊接电压的增加,焊缝计算厚度减小,熔宽增大,焊缝成形系数增大,余高略微减小;随着焊接速度的增加,焊缝计算厚度和熔宽减小,焊缝成形系数减小,余高略微减小。焊接接头各区域组织变化明显。随着热输入量增加,过热区宽度明显增加,晶粒粗化严重。
The 20 ~ # steel under different process parameters SMAW surfacing test, analysis of the welding current, welding voltage, welding speed on the weld forming trend. The results show that with the increase of welding current, the calculated thickness and weld width increase with the increase of welding current, the formation coefficient of weld decreases and the residual height increases slightly. With the increase of welding voltage, the calculated thickness of weld decreases As the welding speed increases, the calculated weld thickness and weld width decrease, the weld forming coefficient decreases, and the remaining height slightly decreases. Welded joints in various regional organizations changed significantly. As the amount of heat input increases, the width of the overheated area increases significantly, and the grain coarsens.
