对于高校英语教师教学能力达到一定水平之后,就出现难以进一步提升的“高原期”现象。本文就高校英语教师职业高原现象的原因进行分析并且提出了一些可采取的有效对策,使高校英语教师专业化发展中能摆脱“高原期”实现职业可持续发展。
After the teaching ability of college English teachers reaches a certain level, there appears the phenomenon of “plateau” which is hard to be further promoted. This article analyzes the causes of college English teachers’ occupational plateau phenomenon and puts forward some effective countermeasures that can be taken so that college English teachers can get rid of the “plateau period” during their professional development to realize their career sustainable development.
